This barn is with the curtilage of Grade II Parsonage Farmhouse and is within the significant setting of the farmhouse. I came in at RIBA stage 3 whilst at KDP to detail the design, settle the conditions and submit full plans. I designed an independent internal timber frame to support the new first floor & drew all the junction details for the new frame.
