This Barn had an important history which helped to interpret the design brief. With high level windows this made an ideal Commercial use allowing all the original features to remain. Planning, Listed Building Consent, discharge of Conditions and Building Regulations all were obtained.
We obtained planning and LBC for this historic barn. A historic survey by self and then laterally ‘Rubert Austin’ which informed the design and use of this barn. All planning conditions, repair schedule and Full Plans Submission to Building Control and project co-ordination was carried out by myself.
