Conversion of three Grade II listed barns on Hothfield Estate in Kent.
My personal involvement for this project was to settle all the Planning Conditions and gain Full Plans Submission to Building Control. Collaborating with Morton Partnership S.E for the timber frame, Kent Ecology on the mitigation of Bats, M.E and drainage consultants.
